A developer wants the land that my garage stands upon for one of my BTLs. I think a standard garage is worth 10-12k, what premium if any should I add on bearing in mind it will aid the developer in their ultimate return on investment.
This isnt essentail to their development going ahead but it would allow I think possibly another property.
