The recent massacre has awoken this old debate again, and will no doubt get "not very far". Here is another point of view and it's one Mrs LHA disagrees with, vehemently.
Two issues that came up were the question "why were the school doors not locked? " which is a good point.
The cinema that was the site of a shooting in Colorado in the summer, was the only one of 7 in the area that had said " no guns or weapons allowed ".
It's easy to say have no guns, but in both areas where response times can be hours not minutes I can understand the wish to have a gun where there are mountain lions and bears.......and reckless parents who don't lock up their guns.
