Hi I'm a relatively new Landlord and have been politely asked by my tenants if I can remove the sofa from the flat so they can put their own in. They have lived in the property for
around 2 years and are good tenants.
My question is - should I agree to remove the sofa? I'm
hesitant to do so for several reasons.
1) The flat was advertised as part furnished.
2) The sofa cost £700 new (however, its now 5 years old) and I
have absolutely nowhere to store it.
3) If I do remove it and sell it and then the tenants leave in the near future, I will have to replace the sofa.
Would be interested to hear what others would do!
Cheers
