I had problems with my tenants over rent arrears. i.e. they did not pay.
A section 21 notice was issued.
The tenants contacted me & we worked out a payment schedule. This was paid for one month, then Nov/Dec, again they have not paid and "gone to ground" in that I cannot get hold of them.
The section 21 notice is that still valid?
Can I go straight to Court?
