I've just set up a limited company. One of the things that I am looking at is having my Company, act as the Agent who fully manages the properties. However, I would like future tenants, not to realize that I am actually their landlord too.
My questions are:
1 Does the registered owner (land-registry) have to be the "Landlord"?
2 Could I put the Landlord details as my OH and use our my father's address for "address for service"?
3 Properties that are owned by my OH, could we put me down as the landlord etc (as in 2 above)?
