Our tenant has left 5 months into a 12 month tenancy so we are looking for a tenant to initially rent for around 6 months at a slightly reduced rent subsidised by the outgoing tenant. The rent will then revert to what it was before.
We have been approached by a possible tenant who wants to rent for about 3 years with no break clause. What would be the best way to organise the tenancy agreement/s taking into account the increase in the rent?
