Just received notification of my LVT application hearing date/length.
Both parties estimated the length of the hearing as half a day. But the LVT have made it over TWO full days. And the first day is a day that I told them, in my listing questionnaire, that my advocate wasn't available (he's only unavailable on a few days over a five week period, so I regard this as really unreasonable).
Obviously, I intend to write/phone (tried phoning but voicemail on already). Does anyone know what are my chances of getting them to change the date? And is there a form I need to complete to request a change of date?
