I wonder if anyone knows or can point me in the right direction?
I live in a 3 bed house and next door is a property which has up to 10 adults living in it, the rooms are rented out. You can imagine the noise through out the night and in the very early hours 9 times out of ten they are drunk and on the phone in the garden. There is no sound insulation so their living areas are next to our bedrooms, so the noise keep us awake.
Is there any ammo I can gain re the local council re H&S or rules and regulations that the owner has to comply with? I know for a fact he has ordinary home insurance.
If only I can wave a fist full of paper work at him to control his tenants or else .......
