I have an issue with my Letting Agent and want to send a letter before action.
It relates to a tenant find and what I consider negligence on their part. I believe my case is supported by what is in their T&Cs, the TPO guidelines and the fact that they lied to me about the tenant.
Would anyone be able to recommend a solicitor who could help me prepare such a letter please?
