Dear forum,
I have a great tenant of 87, who whilst being mobile in the sense of being able to walk a mile round trip into town and back, has a problem that he cant use his hands properly (arthritis).
He is also unable to use the toilet properly, which is my biggest concern, plus the condition of his room, as he simply cant clean or bend down to pick up food etc that hes dropped.
Does anyone know the best route to take to get help, or is it a case that he would have to pay for his own cleaner and helper, but hes doesnt have a lot of money, living off his works pension.
Many thanks
