I have a tenant who has dropped on to PST, who has not paid rent
Tenant deposit has not been protected, this is down to own ignorance and not staying up to date with legislation
Anyway - I want to issue a section 21, but this will be invalid if depsosit is not protected. Therefore:
- If i protect the deposit now, it is of course beyond the 30 day limit - will this still prevent a section 21?
- If the answer is yes, how do i go about evicting tenant
