Platform/Vehicle for selling property with Tennants

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody was aware of specific websites/companies who would deal specifically with people looking to sell property with Tennants in situ.

My current tennants have been excellent and with me for two years on AST basis, and want to remain in the property for the forseeable future.

I am considering selling as I want to free up cash for a new business venture so wondering if there are specific places to go to?

Any advice greatly appreciated...
