MCOL with defendant outside E&W??

Guys:

I just tried to kick-off MCOL where the defendant is in Scotland... (me in England..) but it won't let me..

Can anyone point me please to an idiot's guide for such circumstances & can I simply download the claim form & use that?? Or suggest another forum for help???

I've done a LBA & think my case well supported by evidence worth the fee... 'taint a lot of money but it's the principle ...
