One month from end of fixed term. So not yet become a periodic tenancy. I want to end the tenancy.
Do I still need to give the tenants 2 months notice?
If that's not the case then it'll be nearer 3 months as would need to be two whole rental periods plus 3 weeks.

'This agreement shall be for an initial minimum period of six months commencing on the 8th Sept 2012 with the last day of the fixed term being 7th March 2013. Unless Contractual terms have been agreed, the tenancy will continue at the end of the 6 months fixed term on a periodic basis with the period being one month'
