Blocked Drain

Hello I have a Property in which the kitchen/washing machine drain outside has blocked for the third time in four years. On two occasions previously I called a drain unblocking company blue flame which worked out very expensive. Does anyone know a reasonable company with a set fee and one that can advise duly about why its blocking up without having to charge £250 to find the issue in the first place.
