Property In Trust - Re - Mortgage

I have 4 property's what a re held in the name of a trust they are all paid for and I am trying to re finance in but no one will borrow to a trust what I can find. I have been advised they are some but cannot find any. CAn anyone body help or know any lenders that will borrow to a property held in a trust ?
