Hi sorry everyone me again just wondered if anyone could help. Thanks to everyone for their replies in the last thread was very helpful and really appreciate it. Wondered if anyone can help with these questions now. Long story short I had a tenancy contract with tenants for a year. Which should end in April. We have now all come to agreement, due to financial difficulties, that we would all like to end the tenancy. The questions I have is do I do this after they move out or while they are still in the house? If it is after how do I do it as they will be going back home to their country? Also there is 5 tenants in the house so would I need them all to sign as they have told me that a couple have already left.
