I am hopig someone can please advise me.I have a long term tenant (4 years) who started with two 6 month ASTs these ended in Dec 2009. since then she has paid her rent every month no problem.Unfortubatly i now have decided to sell the property & thought i only needed to give her One months notice.
She has replied i have to give her a minimum of Two months notice & then she only has to leavemy property when she has found suitable accomodation for herself & young child in an area she wants to live in.
I would appreciate any advice.
