AST copies

Hi there,

When completing a new AST contract. Do you make two duplicate copies on the day? One for LL, one for T. Or, do you create one, both parties sign and then LL photocopies and gives copy at a later date (i.e next day)? What is the correct thing to do, or is either fine?
