Money and possession claims: what if you could make it easier on yourself

Have you ever had to file a court claim for money you've been owed, take someone to a small claims court*or repossess a property (e.g. because the tenant didn't pay their rent)?

If so, the Ministry of Justice digital team*would love to hear from you. We're working with the courts service*to create a new one-stop shop online service where you can file civil claims. This will replace and improve the current online services for money and possession claims.
