End of year Service charge accounts

The leases for the 3 leasehold properties in the building for which I am freeholder require that "as soon as is practicable, the lessor shall procure that the accounts are audited by an accountant in accordance with the provisions of the LTA 1985 (as amended)." We have very simple service charge accounts (i am leaseholder of one of the flats) and as such wonder if I were to gain written agreement from all 3 leaseholders that an audit by an accountant is not necessary, would this be acceptable? I would be able to provide the income and expenditure statement myself saving the leaseholders the accountant's fees.

If not acceptable, where would I be able to find an accountant that has the requisite knowledge of the LTA 1985 to perform this audit? (FYI, the leases are dated after 1980).
