I want to lease a building and try and convert it and use it as a hotel/ hostel
I prefer to lease as i'm aiming for central london, where property freeholds are expensive
As its my first experience with leasing I have several questions:
1. Is a long term lease the way forward with my aim?
2. Are landlords happy to enter long term leases?
3. Should this lease have a break clause for both parties?
