I am about to let out a property but want to raise two issues. There is a loft at the property but the insitu loft ladder is not very safe. Is it ok to put in a clause saying that the tenants must not use the ladder but purchase their own if they wish to store objects in loft and do so at their own risk? Also the rear stone steps from the kitchen become very slippy unless maintained through power washing. Can I put in a clause asking the tenants to keep them clean to prevent them from becoming too slippy? Thanks for any help
