cutting a tenancy very short!

First of all, please accept my appology for posting n this section. I require an answer very urgently.

I have let a property to a couple of VERY pinickity tenants. The tenants have very irrational demands. Anyway, I spoke to the tenants and gave them the option to move out of the property if they are not happy. The tenants have taken this option. They are due to move out next week. These tenants are only a couple of weeks in to a short assured tenancy (in scotland). Please advise me on how to end this tenancy legally? Thank you.
