Handed forms in on the 18th February to main office, got receipt but still waiting to hear back, I ring every 7 to 10 days and get told that its still waiting, I rang up 10 days ago to be told they were up to the 18th's applications but mine was seen as handed in on the 19th as that was when it was logged onto the system, and likely would be within the next week due to Easter.
Rang today and was told they were up to the 17th and it would likely be within the next week.
This seems to be the common thing, to be told it will be within the next week.
Just wondering as rent arrears are mounting up and I do not know the amount I need to top up also, plus I have applied for discresionary payments and they cant start to assess it till the lha claim is sorted and then told its another 6-8 week wait.
