Lease extension when I own the freehold

Hi

Please can someone advise me how I can extend the lease of my flat with out the need for a solicitor?

I already own the freehold (The other flat was not interested=, so i hope I can make the extension with easy and with out a solicitor.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
