I am new to this to please bear with me, I am looking for some advice.
My first ever tennant started an agreement on Saturday and was given the keys to a property in Scotland. The agreement was that the rent and balance of the deposit would be paid on the 1st of the month. So far nothing has been paid and she does not answer her phone. One text was received stating she would pay on Thursday(yesterday) which did not happen.
I am concerned that she has no intention of paying at all on the basis she is not answering her phone and would like to evict her ASAP.
What is the best way to do this?
She has signed a AT5 form along with the contract.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
