I will be renting out my apartment. What i would like to find out is there a better and more cost effective method to doing so then going through a lettings agents. i mean i can use a service to list all the property on rightmove and co, then use a tenant referencing service (for tenant and the guarantor). Where do i get the tenancy agreement from? Do I need to get one drawn up from a solicitor? Has anyone used a service that does not go via the estate agents and is happy with it?
