I took court action to remove two tenants.
I was given a possession order which expired yesterday.
So I am filling in form N325.
I am not asking for rent arrears, simply for possession of the property.
So do I ignore section 4?
Also, I have requested costs so how is that enforced?
One other thing, I am assuming they are still in the property as curtains are up and I can see things on the window ledge. But I do not know for certain as they will not answer the door.
What do I do in this case? Do I assume they are still there as I do not know otherwise?
