My LA is a member of the TPO scheme and I want to make a complaint against them.
The contract was ended by the LA six months ago because he was having trouble with the tenant etc. My latest problem (posted in another post)is that I have asked him to forward a copy of the inventory which was carried out by LA as part of contract and he refuses to answer my email.
The contract we had states that all complaints have to be put in writing to the agent. I don't expect any response from them. If I don't get a response am I still able to complain to the TPO bearing in mind it is six months ago???
