Our landlord wants to deduct 250 from a 1250 deposit he wants to deduct 130 for an "Exit fee" and 150 for cleaning costs. Me and my partner cleaned the place from top to bottom and it's in better condition then it was when we moved in the landlord didn't do an inventory. Are these charges fair & what is an exit fee?
