my ex husband and i have a joint mortgage on what was our marital home.he now lives there with his new wife,and he has put a for rent sign up outside and advertised the house for rental.I have told him that he cannot do this without my consent and that I would rather the house be sold.I removed the sign,but he has erected another one.I contacted the mortgage company but they said they did'nt interfere in domestic disputes and as long as the mortgage is paid they wouldn't object.Is there anything I can do to stop him from doing this?
