Tenant stop paying but still demand repairs - Advise Please

The T had stop paying rent since last month. Claiming that it wasn't stated very clearly on the contract despite it was very clearly defined and stated.
He keep texting me request for various repairs (domestic repairs and not health & safely repair issue)
Should I carry out the repairs?

Normally as a LL, what kind of repair do we need to cover?
