We rented out our property out through a letting agent. now the tenant has left 5 months ago we have viewed our home and it is in a terrible state. thing missing damage to kitchen area, we can't rent it out cos of the damage that the tenant made but the agency said all was okay and they accepted that the tenant had put the home back to how it was given to her and signed it all off. but now we have seen our home for the first time it is clearly not acceptable. what can we do about this. payment back to loss property, damage to the home that now need replacing. home not cleaned, rubbish left. can we ask the agency for compensation for these things and loss of rental potential?:(devil):
