Another probably daft Newbie post.

Hi all,

I have searched the forum but could not find an answer to this. I recently rented out my house which is on the mainland and moved to the Isle of Wight. I do not have a management company looking after my house as thats done between myself and a family member. Can I charge myself for this service including ferry cost when I need to travel back to the mainland to sort issues out and if so can it be written off against my tax?
