Can anyone enlighten me. I have made enquiries with regard to purchasing exlocal authority flats(low rise and hi rise)with 25% deposits and then
leasing them back to the local authority 3/5 year lease. I have been
informed that no lenders are willing to do this. Is this because they will be Dhss tenants or because they are blocks of flats or both. Or am I
miss informed. Any input would be appreciated..
I would imagine there would be quite a niche in the market for this type oflending if indeed it does not already exist.
Also can any one recommend a helpful mortgage broker that knows the game
and can be helpful.
