hi, I am considering bidding for the freehold of some flats, all in the same block and freehold covers all the flats. can someone point me in the direction of where I can find out just what my responsibilities as a 'freeholder' would be?
I assume I wouldn't be responsible for the maintenance etc and basically just 'own' the land they are built on and be paid an annual sum for the 'rent' of the land - is this correct or is there more to it?
