Freeholder problem, not supplying information to Leaseholder/Director

I am looking through the older threads here to help a freind who after several polite requests to the freeholder/director by email has not replied or supplied accounts information.

The director has been asked to supply accounts not yet given for the previous two years.

The freeholder also held an 'extraordinary meeting' in February. he has supplied a list of what was discussed but will not give a list of attendees. This is important as the meeting concerned my friends ability to claim against property insurance and another leaseholder/director has stated that the director called him and told him he 'didnt need to attend the meeting'

I was hoping the director could be forced to supply the above information as part of the companies act and the following sections

238 (5) Failing to send company’s annual accounts, directors’ report and auditors’ report to those entitled to receive them.

239 (3) Company failing to supply copy of accounts and reports to shareholder on his demand.

383 (4) Refusal of inspection of minutes of general meeting; failure to send copy of minutes on members’ request.
