A contractual term on the special conditions of an up coming auction lot quoted below. Would this mean I may have to pay SDLT twice? Many thanks, Stev
"The Seller is a contractual purchaser of the Lot and will on completion forward to the Buyer the transfer to it of the Lot together with an AP1 in relation in this regard. The buyer is to be responsible for any SDLT payable by the Seller in relation to the transfer to it (if any)."
