With our flat there is a holding company and all shareholders are the leaseholders (apologies for the terminology). There is a then a company appointed to manage the day to day running of the holding company.
Our company has 2 directors and I am a shareholder (leaseholder).
Should I be able to contact the directors directly. The company doing the day-to-day management insist all communication is via them and they will not give me the contact details of the directors.
The registration of the directors at companies house shows the name and address of managing company.
Hence I have found their names, but I do not know where they live or telephone or email address.
