Hi i know the proccess of possessing land.
I have been in possession of some land for the last 3 years and in that time i have put a fence around it and will soon put some goats on the land.
I have been doing a bit of research on people putting a static caravan or a large caravan on land/property which they legal own and a lot of people have found out that they need to have planning permission if they wish to live in the caravan.
Since i DONT own the land i am in the proccess of possesing, beacause i am squatting.
1) My Question is Do i too need to obtain planning permission to live on the above said land in a static caravan or large caravan?
Any help would be greatly apreciated
