I have a very odd query in relation to the past rental values of a property in E11.
We have been asked to provide an appraisal of the rental value of a property over the last 16 years i.e the rental value from 1997 to today's date.
Whilst I am able to understand the rental value at todays date, does anyone have an information on percentage increases in that area year on year, or even any ideas of looking up rental values in the area in 1997......it may be we have to use a generalised percentage increase based on UK rental increases, I don't know..?
