I've been scouring the internet without finding an answer to this question so I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help!
I own a detached house which I'm converting into three flats. All three flats will have their own separate entrances, i.e. there will be no communal areas in the building.
I'm aware that a fire risk assessment is needed for common parts or communal areas, but the building doesn't have any.
Do I have to have a fire risk assessment done anyway, as there are external communal areas such as pathways, bin store and cycle store?
