The tenancy started on 23rd October 2012 I served a periodic Section 21 on 24th April to expire on 25th June 2013.
The exact wording on the claim which was struck out says "...the notice expired on 25th June 2013 - however the last day of the periodic tenancy was 22 June 2012 . The notice is therefore defective.
My thinking is that the tenancy ran from 23rd October until 22nd April and then I served a periodic notice on 24th June....Help where have I gone wrong?????
