New Fixtures in a Leasehold Flat

A simple question, I have just bought a leasehold flat and in two locations would like to installed fitted wardrobes of the flatpack/mdf variety so they wont as such be structure.

Do I need the freeholders consent to install these?

Of course if it was a problem when selling the flat (due to not having their permission) they could easily be removed and the wall they were fixed to painted and repaired where they were fixed? So this would be an option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
