Hi,can anybody help me with the following.
I've been taken to the small claims court and a CCJ ordered against me for service charge arrears. The court has ordered that costs are to be assessed.
If the landlord is only given fixed costs by the court as per the small claims track, can he then still add his other costs to me personally (if lease allows) or the service charges?
Is a determination of costs by the court final in the legal costs matter?
Can anyone one point me to other threads here or useful info elsewhere?
