For the last 10 years we have issued all company papers and notices by email at no cost to the leaseholders. One leaseholder has advised that he requires a letter advising him of any thing but he only sends us emails with is demands / requests.
We have advised him previously that the company will charge £1 per letter (envelope, stamp, paper, time etc) if he requires this or that he provides satamp addressed envelopes.
He has just sent this message as we notified him on his last letter that there were no more SAE and he should supply more.
QUOTE
We have taken the decision that we are not going to supply any more sae to yourself .
We are also of the mind that the cost you are saying that the company is charging to send letters out is also exorbitant and we are not prepared to pay that amount either .
What we are prepared to do is pay the cost of an eve;ope and the cost of a second class stamp .
You fraudulently over charging for this item and that is not acceptable , any comments by yourself stating you will place a debt against our flat will be taken as an act of aggression and will not be tolerated .

If we issue a letter either at out £1 cost or his stamp+envelope cost we will need to raise an account against his property so there will be a debt against his property - or am i missing something ??
