i have had a leaflet from this company who says they will pay guaranteed rent whether they find tenants or not. as i am looking to rent out my flat this idea is quite appealing. i certainly want an agent to take control as i've had bad experience with the council before.
does anyone use this company or a similar one? how well does it work? is it better/worse than a traditional estate agent?
