Hello,
I am purchasing a flat which has a combi-boiler (A-rated Bosch) in the bathroom.
The ceiling is very high (possibly 2.5m) and the boiler housing (cupboard) is at the top of the ceiling away from the shower (no bath) in the corner of the room (toilet underneath).
I've tried researching info on the current rules and regs and notice the concept of zones, but can't really decipher what is legal and what is not.
From what I have said, does the boiler position seem 'legal' from a H&S point of view?
Many thanks for any help!
