Query Re Residents Association

I have a 125 year lease on one of four flats above a Barclays Bank Branch. When I bought the flat prior to auction Barclay's were the freeholder and part of the deal Barclay's struck with me was that I agreed to become a director of the Limmited Company they had set up to manage the common parts of the block. As part of my lease I agree to pay service charges for the upkeep of the common parts to the Management Company.

The first question is "is the management company a recognised tenants resident association",

Barclay's have now sold the freehold to a third party but I, as chairman of the managemnent company have had no notification from the new free holder to alter thae status of the company. The new freeholder has now issued a section 20 notice to lease holders. Should the management company also be a recipient.

Any views would be very helpful.
